A central tenant in my practice is to bring deep appreciation to and awareness of the interconnectedness between our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual selves.

While I will always respect your autonomy while we explore possible changes to assist you in finding healthy ways to achieve your goals, I promise to be direct and honest with you, even when what I say might be difficult for you to hear.


We will process and navigate through weekly struggles while also keeping an eye on underlying themes that are driving your distress in an effort to resolve key areas of suffering.

My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your life. I am here to provide you with tools, resources, skills training, and can help you build the insight you need to navigate your struggles.
