I believe in transparency regarding fees and payment.  

I submit claims to insurance panels that I am in network with as a courtesy to my clients.  All clients are encouraged to consult their insurance provider prior to beginning treatment to confirm benefits with their specific plan.

I accept the following insurances:

• Optum/United
• UPMC

I am able to provide you with the documentation needed to submit for seeking reimbursement through your out of network benefits.
