People come to psychotherapy for many reasons. Some are navigating anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed. Others are facing relationship stress, identity questions, life transitions, or the lingering impact of past experiences. You may be new to therapy, or you may have tried therapy before and found it helpful in some ways but incomplete in others.
I offer psychotherapy for adults who want a steady, thoughtful space to understand themselves more clearly, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and regain a sense of emotional stability and direction. Therapy here is not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand the context of your life, the patterns that may be shaping your experience, and what feels most important to address now. My work draws from a range of evidence-based and relational approaches, tailored to the needs of each client rather than a fixed method.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support during periods of change or uncertainty, or when something feels off but is hard to name. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs, with attention to emotional experience as well as the broader factors influencing your well-being.
• Anxiety and persistent overwhelm
• Low mood, emotional numbness, or loss of direction
• Trauma and its ongoing impact
• Relationship strain and attachment patterns
• Identity questions and life transitions
• Stress related to caregiving or prolonged responsibility
